Keel ("the app") builds and maintains a personal weekly routine, using AI to generate and adjust schedules from what you tell it. By using the app you agree to these terms.
An account is optional but required for sync and AI history. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials private. You must be at least 13 to use Keel.
Keel's AI features exist to build your schedule. You agree not to:
Enforcement: we may limit, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without notice. Fair-use limits (such as monthly AI quotas) are part of the service and may change.
Schedules and suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, impractical, or incomplete. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, or professional advice. You decide what to actually do with your time; review AI output before relying on it.
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription, billed through the app store you installed from and governed by that store's terms. Prices and included features may change; active subscriptions keep what they paid for through the current billing period.
Keel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotdog Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
You can stop using Keel at any time and delete your account in-app. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: email help@keelroutine.com or use the feedback option in the app.
